Builder Management for iOS

Builder Management keeps everything on your phone. There is no account, no sign-in, and no server belonging to us that holds your jobs, your customers, your contacts or your workers' wages.
We cannot see your data, because it never reaches us. Delete the app and it is gone.
Builder Management is a job and wage tracker for self-employed builders. Everything you enter is written to storage on your own device and stays there:
None of this is transmitted to us or to any third party. There is no backup, no sync and no cloud copy. If you lose the device or delete the app, the data is permanently gone.
We do not collect, store or have access to any of the following:
Builder Management contains no advertising, no third-party analytics and no tracking software of any kind. We do not sell, rent or share data, because we do not hold any.
For transparency: Builder Management checks for app updates when it starts. That check contacts the update service operated by Expo at u.expo.dev and sends only technical information — the platform, the app's runtime version and an update identifier — so the service can tell whether a newer version of the app exists.
This request contains none of your jobs, contacts, workers or financial records, and does not identify you personally. Like any internet request, your device's IP address is visible to that service as a necessary part of how the internet works.
Builder Management has an optional feature that reads job emails so you do not have to retype them. It is switched off until you set it up, and the app works fully without it.
If you choose to use it, you deploy a small script inside your own Google account. Your phone then talks directly to that script. We are not part of that exchange: the emails do not pass through us, we have no access to your mailbox, and we never receive the address or the secret you configure. Those are stored only on your device.
Your use of Gmail remains governed by Google's own privacy policy. You can disconnect at any time from Settings in the app, or delete the script from your Google account.
When you share an email into Builder Management or paste one in, the text is read on your device to fill in a job for you to check. It is not sent anywhere.
Builder Management lets you record details about customers, tradespeople and workers. You are responsible for that information, and in the UK you may have obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018 as the person who decides how it is used.
Because the records never leave your device, the practical protections are the ones you already apply to your phone: a passcode or Face ID, and keeping the device with you.
Your records are kept until you delete them. You can remove any individual job, contact, worker or entry from within the app. Deleting Builder Management from your device erases all of its stored data at once.
There is nothing for us to delete on request, and no copy we could restore for you, since we hold nothing.
Builder Management is a tool for running a trade business. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be published at this address with a new date at the top. Material changes affecting how your information is handled will be noted in the app's release notes.
